As Caleb and I were about to leave to go back home from our mini vaca beach trip Sunday evening, per usual I started crying. Caleb told me I have vacation separation anxiety which is so true. We laughed as he brought up another good point that I don’t like avoiding much in life other than leaving to go back home from vacation.
But then he told me something that changed my perspective. He told me that we’ve made our home so comfortable, clean and pleasant that he likes to go
How was your long weekend? We would love to hear about it!
Last week I was so disappointed that my parents from Pittsburgh had to cancel their trip to visit Caleb and I in LA. They also had a mini trip within their trip to stay at Laguna Beach with us for a few days. Their generosity is such a gift to us, they blessed us with a stay at hotel across from the ocean even though they couldn't be with us.
It was bittersweet at times because of how much I missed my parents, but s
Click Here To Listen To Podcast This is about to get real up in here! Here me out, friend reading this. You are not a mistake! God doesn’t make mistakes and He made you. We make mistakes, He doesn’t. He forgives us for our mistakes, and we are more than the mistakes we make and the mistakes done to us. Oh man have I felt (often) that my life is a mistake. Depression and self-hatered I hate to admit have been a companions in my life. I can dwell on things I don’t like about my

Caleb and I talk about different parts of our life and relationship with you in the hope of what we're learning could also bless others. Relationships are tough. We are all made so unique. There is a huge difference between the way men and women think.
Caleb and I have been hard at work to put something together to bless people in their relationships. We love weddings and being photographers and love marriages & relationships even more.
We've been taking my favorite things
I was about to take the perfect shot of the bride before her niece stepped into the frame. It was a pivotal moment for me as a wedding photographer. My initial reaction wanted to be to ask the young niece to step out of the way, but then I paused, and soaked in the moment and realized this was an even more perfect picture, because it was real and it told the story even better. The way the young nieces starred up at their hero, Sherry the bride was a moment I would never want
Anyone who really knows me knows how much love and compassion I have for those in need. My grandpa taught me from a young age that I’ll be more blessed to give than receive. Don’t get me wrong, I love receiving good gifts. LOVE IT! But, the gift of knowing I’m helping someone is even better.
When I was little my grandpa would take my sister and me to the veterans hospital, meals on wheels food bank, and nursing home to show us how we could be a light to someone. In high sch
Why is she so cute?! Little Blizzy the dwarf bunny🐰
I love my adorable little animals and photography so of course I like taking cute pictures of them. I was showing someone the pictures I took of my animals months ago and they said “Where can I buy that?” I didn’t have an answer but it gave me the idea to open up a store with my photography of animals/ calligraphy / flowers / nature. Now you CAN buy this and more of our photos on mugs, tote bags, getting cards etc HERE 😊
What are your plans for the long weekend?
We had this amazing long weekend planned for my parents to visit us from Pittsburgh and go to a gorgeous CA beach by our place with them. They haven't been able to visit in over a year. They were supposed to come in tomorrow and stay with us. I was SO excited but they just let us know they can't anymore because of my dad's job. 😭Every second I get to spend with them or show them a bit of our world I cherish so much. I'm super disapp
