This is my cute husband, Caleb. He’s my best friend, hero and love of my life. It’s crazy to think we’ve been married almost four years. We’ve been through a lot together in these years and I couldn’t be more grateful to have him by my side through the troubles life has brought.
I’m grateful for new ways he inspires me and new ways to learn to appreciate him for who he is.
Have you ever listened to the #goaldiggerpodcast? It’s one of my favorites and @jennakutcher is an inspiration to me. One of her classes is the first I took when beginning this journey of starting a business last summer. I honestly feel it was a perfect gift from God at just the right moment to help Caleb and I get our business on the right path from day 1.
Yesterday’s podcast was so powerful and life changing for me. @kaitlynjames was Jenna’s guest and the way they shared vulnerably and candidly about the joys and trials of being married impacted me. Kaitlyn shared that she had to learn to appreciate her husband for his unique gifts and not judge him out of her own insecurities. WOW! I needed to hear that!
Caleb and I are very different people and do things in our own unique ways. I can be hard on him for the way he does things, but that’s so wrong of me! He is kind and thoughtful and has a way of being so chill and peaceful and those are things I desperately need in my life. He's incorporated such much fun and laughter into our marriage and business.
Thank you Jenna and Katelyn for the powerful reminder to respect and honor our husbands for who they are and what they bring into our lives and business.
What’s a way someone close to you in your life is a gift to you? Would love to hear from you! And I totally encourage you to listen to the podcast, I want to continue to create an authentic business that can add value to others lives and can’t wait to grow and learn!
