Our friend sent us some passages from a book yesterday that spoke to me: "There's always light around the edges of gloom; strive towards it." "There's is one never changing rule in the world: dawn follows darkness." These quotes were written by a dying solider in '43 to his unborn son. Sometimes the darkness of this world can get overwhelming. My soul always takes comfort in knowing that God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. He is the true light of all people that has come to rescue us.
