Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light đĄ on my path.-Psalm 119:105. If you know me, you know that reading the Bible is one of my favorite things to do. Reading, studying and meditating on Godâs words found in scripture totally changed my life and keeps encouraging me everyday. __ Jesus words are truly a light to my feet. I was going such a different direction in my life. But God taught me to âTrust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.â- Proverbs 3:5-6. Doing so keeps refocusing and reorienting my life from what I think is best, to what God thinks is best. And even when initially it seems to be the way more difficult way, Godâs way has proven best each and every time I listen. __ I love finding new apps and ways to read the Bible, and these beautiful books from @alabaster_co is something new Iâve been enjoying and reading đto Caleb before bed. The illustrations and layout bring a new perspective and I love that each book of the Bible is itâs own separate book. __ I love reading about đChristmas in these books(or any): the first one when Jesus came to earth. I read it so many times and listen to all the Christmas songs filled with wonder. And have also been re-listening to Hidden Christmas by Timothy Keller on @audible which makes me even more excited for Christmas. Do you have a favorite scripture or way God has been a light to your path? Are you excited about Christmas? đLove hearing from you!Â
