‘Tis the season to be...EXCITED! Every year, the first thing we do to get the Christmas season started is to go and pick out our Christmas tree on Black Friday.
🎄 Our tradition is that my brother comes and picks us up in my parents truck and we head off to Christmas tree lot to pick out our perfect tree. It has become a special thing we look forward to and definitely our first event that brings Christmas cheer. 🎅🏻 This year we did it a little different as my parents came along for the ride and we all picked out our respective trees. Stefanie was as excited as ever as she took off to go and check all the trees for the perfect one, and we even got to take a few photos to document the event. 📸 Each year brings joy and excitement for the holidays and we love being able to do these fun activities that get things started. There is nothing like the smell and feel of a Christmas tree lot, the fresh pine in the air, sawdust on the ground, and holiday music for all to hear. It really sets the mood for our fun!
🎶 We absolutely love our tree, and we even decorated it that night. I think my wife might like Christmas 🤷🏼♂️, I can’t tell. We are so thankful for old traditions, and even making new ones really makes it a special time of year.
